Story Of The Year Pittsburgh Concert reviews
Awful-left at intermission
We were appalled by this performance, to the point where "disappointed" just doesn't fit. None of the music, singing, or bright flashing lights managed to impress us. Onstage, it was difficult to follow what was happening. Many others, including some who left during the 2nd song, shared our sentiment. It remains a mystery why this musical has received such high praise. Among the many plays and entertainment events we attend, this was the first one we left early. There were four of us with great seats. I discreetly asked a staff member if they enjoyed it, and they responded with, "well, it isn't my favorite."
